To keep our garden peaceful and our flowers blooming, we kindly ask every butterfly to follow these whispers.

I. Non-Negotiable Boundaries! 🔒

These rules are strictly absolute. Any violation in this section will result in an immediate session termination.

• Mind Your Manners: Please always maintain proper ethics, politeness, and manners throughout all interactions—whether you are chatting with the Managerial or during your session with our Flowers. Good manners cost nothing, so please be a respectful Butterfly. 👑✨
• No Sensitive Issues: Please refrain from discussing sensitive topics such as SARA (Race, Religion, Ethnicity), politics, extreme violence, self-harm, suicide, or any conversation that inflicts excessive psychological pressure/abuse.
• Keep It Anonymous (RL Privacy): Butterflies are strictly forbidden from probing into the real-life identities of our Flowers or Managerial. This includes asking for real names, real face pictures, personal social media accounts, or addresses. Let’s keep our boundaries safe!
• No Toxic Treatment: We have zero tolerance for harsh words, verbal abuse, condescending remarks, or any form of harassment directed toward the Flowers and Managerial. Treat people with kindness.
• Sanction: Any violation of the clauses above will result in immediate session termination without any refund or reschedule, and your account will be permanently banned from The Lace Bloom.

II. Payment & Scheduling Policy 💳

• Official Line: All bookings, inquiries, and transactions are exclusively handled through our official accounts: Twitter/X (@TheLaceBloom) or Telegram (@Iacebloom). Anything conducted outside these channels is beyond the Managerial's responsibility.
• Upfront Payment: Your slot will only be secured and considered valid after a full payment is settled and formally confirmed by the Managerial.
• Refund Policy: All confirmed payments are strictly non-refundable if the cancellation is initiated by the Butterfly.
• Reschedule: Butterflies are only allowed 1 (one) time to request a reschedule, with a strict notice of at least H-1 (24 hours) before the session begins.

Cancellations made on the D-day or failure to show up (No-Show) will cause your slot to be automatically forfeited with no option to reschedule.

• Cancellation by Us: If a session must be cancelled from our side (due to a Flower's emergency), you are entitled to choose between: 1) A Full 100% Refund, or 2) Priority Rescheduling to the nearest available slot.

III. Session Protocol & Availability ⏳

• Flower’s Personal Carrd: Please keep in mind that each of our Flowers has their own personal regulations and boundaries listed on their Carrd. Therefore, besides adhering to these general terms, you are strictly required to read and respect their personal rules before booking!
• Consent & Privacy Matter: In the Rent World universe, consent is everything. You are strictly prohibited from distributing chat logs, screenshots, or any session details to the public, outside of mutually agreed PDA (Public Display of Affection) for testimonial purposes. Please respect the privacy of your chatroom! 🤫 This goes both ways.
• Be Communicative: During the session, Butterflies are expected to be active, communicative, and cooperative. Your good cooperation will make the atmosphere much more fun, comfortable, and alive for both sides!
• Real-Life Commitments: All of our Flowers have real-life commitments (such as studies or professional work). We highly appreciate your understanding if there is a slow response during their busy hours. Let's be patient.
• Ghosting Clause: Please remain responsive once the session starts. If a Butterfly goes missing or ghosts without prior notice for 2 hours or more, the session will automatically be declared complete, and the fee will be forfeited.
