I. Non-Negotiable Boundaries!

These rules are for the safety and comfort of our Talents and Management. Violation results in immediate session termination.

• Zero Tolerance for Sensitive Issues: Strictly prohibited topics include: SARA, politics, extreme violence, self-harm, suicide, or excessive psychological abuse.
• Real-Life (RL) Privacy: Do not ask for any real-life private information (real names, face pictures, personal social media) of our Talents or Management.
• Toxic/Harsh Treatment: Any use of harsh words, verbal abuse, or harassment directed at the Talent will lead to an immediate ban.
• Sanction: Violation of these clauses will result in immediate session termination without refund or reschedule, and permanent blocking.

II. Payment & Scheduling Policy

• Communication: All bookings and inquiries must be conducted through this Management account (@TheLaceBloom) / Telegram (@thelacebloom_bot)
• Payment: Full fee payment is mandatory upfront to secure a slot. Your booking is valid only after Management confirms the payment.
• Paid sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment is confirmed, the fee cannot be returned.
• If you must cancel, the session can only be RESCHEDULED once with a maximum notice of H-1 (24 hours) prior to the start time.
• If you cancel on D-day or are a "no-show," the session is forfeit and cannot be rescheduled.
• Talent/Manager Cancellation: Should the Talent or Management cancel, the client is entitled to choose: 1) Full Refund OR 2) Reschedule to the nearest available slot.

III. Session Protocol & Talent Availability

• Talent Time & Response: All Talents have real-life commitments (shift work or studies). Slow response will occur during their specific occupied hours. Clients must be patient and do not demand fast replies outside reasonable limits.
• Client Activity: Clients must be actively responsive when the session starts. If a client is ghosting without prior notice for [Example: 4 hours] or more, the session is considered complete, and the fee is forfeited.

IV. Exchange Partner Clauses

• Eligibility: We only accept exchange partners (Talents/Managers) who have clear Form/Guidelines/Regulations of their own.
• Testimonial Requirement: Upon session completion, the exchange partner is required to provide a Testimonial (Padlet) within [Example: 3x24 hours].
